Let's be honest:

You already know what the problem is.

You grab your phone. You check Instagram. "Just for a second." Two hours later you look up and think:

"F***, where did my morning go?"

You wanted to start that project today. That thing you've been thinking about for months.

That one big idea that could make you financially free. But you "just quickly" checked LinkedIn. And then YouTube.

And now the day is over.

This is not your fault.

The system is designed to keep you addicted. Billions of dollars are invested in algorithms that ensure you keep scrolling. That you keep watching. That you keep consuming.

But here's the good news: you can break free.

And I'm going to show you exactly how.

Let me tell you how I got here.

I started in 2000 selling vinyl records on eBay. That turned into Recordbuddy, the first online platform for vinyl in the Netherlands. Customers all over the world. I sold that business in 2007.

Then I saw a problem: there was no proper email marketing system for the Dutch market. So in 2005, I founded Enormail.

Then another problem: I wanted to sell digital products, but there was no payment provider in the Netherlands. So I created PayPro in 2006.

It became the ClickBank of Europe. Still going strong after almost 20 years.

I've founded and exited companies like IMU (website builder), Webchamp (hosting), and Luondo (e-commerce platform).

I've written bestselling books. I've spoken in front of thousands of people, sharing the stage with Robert Kiyosaki, Les Brown, and the Prime Minister of the Netherlands.

But here's what matters most:

I'm not some digital minimalist who hates technology.

I'm not a guru selling you theory. I'm an internet entrepreneur who lives and breathes online business. Everything I have, I owe to the internet.

And yet, the biggest breakthrough in my entire career came when I learned to disconnect.

In 2019, I was on Necker Island. Richard Branson's private island. Surrounded by some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world.

I gave a 10-minute presentation about a concept I'd been experimenting with: Internet Fasting.

That presentation won first place. The prize? $65,000 in value, including a week with Branson at his South African resort.

But more importantly, that moment showed me something: this wasn't just working for me. It was working for everyone who tried it.

I'm a member of Genius Network, the 100K Group. This is an exclusive mastermind run by my close friend Joe Polish.

We're talking about entrepreneurs running $9 million+ businesses. People who've already "made it" by conventional standards.

I've spent years in rooms with Tony Robbins, Dean Jackson, Peter Diamandis, Dan Sullivan.

These aren't motivational speakers. These are builders. People who've created real companies, real wealth, real impact.

And here's what I discovered: the people who were MOST excited about Internet Fasting weren't struggling entrepreneurs.

They were successful ones.

People already making millions. Already "free" according to the world.

But they weren't free at all.

They were addicted to their notifications.

Addicted to the dopamine. Prisoners to the very platforms that were supposed to give them freedom.

They started businesses to gain freedom. Somewhere along the way, they lost it.

Internet Fasting gave it back.

Joe Polish featured me multiple times on his podcasts to share this methodology. Not because it's a nice idea. Because it works.

And it works for a simple reason: it's not about willpower. It's not about discipline. It's not about "finding balance."

It's about making one difficult decision that changes everything.

The 5 Reasons I Will Change Your Life 👇

Reason #1: Your productivity doubles (or more)

Imagine this:

You wake up. You do not grab your phone. You don't go online. You write. You create.

You build.

By 12 PM you've done more than you normally do in an entire week.

Does this sound unrealistic? I thought so too.

Until I tried it.

Within a few days I was a completely different person.

My output doubled. No, tripled. I finished things that had been on my to-do list for years. I wrote books. I built products. I transformed my business.

And the weird part? It felt easier than ever.

Because I was finally focused again.

Because my brain didn't have to pay attention to 47 different things at once.

Because for the first time in years I got back into flow.

Reason #2: You get your creativity back (that you thought was lost)

"I don't have ideas anymore."

"I don't know what to create."

"I'm just not creative."

B**S***.

You ARE creative. Your creativity is just buried under a mountain of other people's content.

Every time you're on social media, you fill your head with the ideas, thoughts and creations of others. There's no room left for your own voice. Your own ideas. Your own vision.

When I stopped using social media, something magical happened:

I became inspired by myself.

For the first time in years I had pure, unadulterated ideas. Ideas that weren't contaminated by what I'd seen on Instagram that morning. Ideas that were truly mine.

And you know what's beautiful? Those ideas were 10x better than anything I'd made before.

Reason #3: You make more money (with less stress)

This might sound counterintuitive.

"But Eelco, don't I need to be online for my business? Don't I need to network? Don't I need to make posts?"

No.

What you need to do is create. Make value. Build products. Write content that actually makes impact.

And you can't do that when you're constantly consuming.

Since I started Internet Fasting:

  • My revenue has increased
  • I work fewer hours
  • I have more peace
  • My products make more impact

Why? Because I now produce instead of consume.

Because I spend my time on things that actually make money, instead of scrolling through feeds that give me nothing except anxiety and comparison.

Reason #4: Your relationships become deeper (and more real)

This is the most unexpected change.

But also the most valuable.

When I stopped being constantly online, something special happened: I was truly there for the people around me.

Not with my phone next to me. Not half-listening while thinking about my next post. Not "present" but actually completely absent.

Truly present.

My family noticed it immediately. My friends noticed it. My business partners noticed it.

And you know what happened?

Those relationships became deeper. More real. Richer.

Because people feel it when you're really there. And they feel it when you're not, even if you're sitting right next to them.

Reason #5: You finally become the person you always wanted to be

This is the real reason.

Deep down you know there's more in you. That your potential is greater than what you're showing now. That you can be more disciplined, more focused, more productive, more creative.

But every day you get distracted. Every day you get lost in the feeds. Every day you promise yourself that you'll really start tomorrow.

Internet Fasting breaks that cycle.

It gives you the focus, the time, and the mental space to finally become who you could be.

Not in years. Not in months.

In days.

Within a few days I was a different person. Lighter. Happier. More joyful. More productive. More myself.

And that's what I want for you.

WARNING: this is not for everyone

Internet Fasting is for the top 1%.

For people who want more than "fine". Who aren't satisfied with mediocre results. Who are willing to make difficult choices.

Because let's be honest: the first few days suck.

You feel the urge to check. To scroll. To escape.

The question is: are you strong enough to get through those few days?

Are you willing to make that investment, knowing that on the other side a completely new life is waiting for you?

Because this is what happens when you make this switch:

→ Your productivity explodes
→ Your creativity comes back
→ You earn more with less stress
→ Your relationships become deeper
→ You sleep better and feel healthier
→ You get your time back
→ You become that person you always wanted to be
